School will start during the week of September 7th , you will receive exact date for each grade level during August.
Please note that SCHOOL HOURS HAVE BEEN UPDATED for the 2025-26 academic year to 7:30 – 2:30 Sunday through Wednesday and to 1:00 pm on Thursdays.
- For the welfare of our juniors and seniors (grades 11 and 12) Thursdays will be a day off for the duration of the year. Students should use this time for standardized assessment preparation, extracurricular activities, university visits, etc. Office hours could be available on this day on a need basis and by sign up. The day off does not apply to times of assessments and trips.
- Several orientations will be held for parents and students to ensure that all parents are well oriented with all of our systems, platforms, policies and procedures.
- You will be receiving links to updated school handbook and academic outlines as we approach the new academic year. You may reference the handbook on the school website.
- It is important to check your email and visit the website regularly for important updates. All information regarding school events will be made available on the school website. Make sure to visit www.els-egypt.com and follow us on social media.
- Please make sure you have a working email address registered with the school as all correspondence is via email.
- The second installment of fees is accepted from August 1 through August 25. Accounting office is opened daily from 9am-1pm (Sunday Aug 31 is a day off)
- All students should have access to their own laptop or tablet to be used for school needs. Access to digital tools, internet and a printer are required for all grade levels.
- Students from Grades 6-12 are required to use their digital tools at school. All books and resources for these grade levels will be provided as e-books.
Upon return to school:
- The school uniform can be found at Child’s Mall: 25 Dr Mahrouki street- Aswan Square-Agouza-Mohandeseen. (https://www.facebook.com/child… )
(Note only black or white shoes are allowed)
- Bus Slips (with pick up and drop off info) will be emailed to bus students the week of August 24th.
- Supply Lists can be found at the link above. Note that grades 6-9 should only purchase Art or Music supplies according to the choice they made.
- You will receive more information about gate procedures and policies.
Students will automatically be promoted based on their cards from the previous academic year (white or blue cards). Should you need to CHANGE the gate card please contact the school administration. No requests will be taken after September 1st.
