We know this is a difficult time for your family. We are asking your child to complete this survey to help your child’s school understand their experiences and feelings while they are learning away from school. The survey is anonymous and should take your child less than 15 minutes to complete. The school’s results will be used to help your child’s school to support your children during this time and to prepare for their return next year. No individual results will be available.
