Math Fair Projects 2024

“You don’t learn to walk by following rules. You learn by doing, and by falling over.”
That’s why the Mathematics Department 🧮 asked students to design a 3d solid model using at least 3 shapes and then find its total surface area which helped them use their creativity and what they learned in geometry 📏📐sessions to present their ideas and the concepts needed to achieve their goals.
A lot of work and discussions were done to reach the right product and choose a winner based on certain criteria and rubrics.
