Progress Report 2

This report is still considered a pre-report and should give you feedback regarding your child’s progress through this point in time. It shows student performance in assignments class participation & behavior only until March 12th ,2026

How to read the report:

The Grade Report shows a breakdown by grading category for each academic subject. Major subjects are worth 1 credit hour; minor subjects are worth 0.5 credit hours. Students re assessed in the categories of Assessments, Class Participation & Behavior, and Assignments.

Details and rubrics for each of these sections can be found in the syllabus and course outline for each subject via the links you were emailed at the beginning of the year.

Students receive grades for each of these categories which combine for a total subject grade.

If you find a grade of I (Incomplete). This is because an assessment has not been completed because a student was absent. Note that grades of Incomplete will reflect in the GPA as Incomplete. The grade will stay Incomplete till the end of the semester as the average will be taken from their semester work.

The Comment Report is a holistic narrative report that provides more descriptive feedback about your student.

Please use the information in these reports as tools to help in plans to reach academic objectives. Grades continue to accumulate until the end of Semester 2. Every day counts!
