Ongoing professional development keeps teachers up-to-date on how children learn, emerging technology tools for the classroom, new curriculum resources and more. The best professional development is ongoing, experiential, collaborative and connected to and derived from working with students and understanding their culture.

STUDENT COUNCIL

Student Council is a way to go through practical real life experience practicing all acquired life skills; through school life.

Students’ involvement in a significant operation of the school is an ownership in itself; that would eventually give the students’ sense of pride; as well as, responsibility that enables them to take the lead. Not only that; but also would enable them, to view life aspects from different perspectives; that broaden the scope of observing matters; analyzing them and finding solutions. This would take them ahead to place decisions that would steer crucial areas in their lives.

By the end of the learning journey, ELS targets to come up with students who are totally cultured, well-educated and having proper self-esteem that would help them to stand up for their rights through the appropriate channels; using proper tools.

Parents Meeting

Meetings are crucial for exploring students’ background (academic and behavioral progress levels). Regular parent / teacher meetings are arranged to pass updated feedback

Individual Counseling

Parents are welcome to pay other needed visits if there is urgency for discussing individual matters, suggestions, inquiries or complaints.

Volunteering

We ELS usually open doors for parents to share and join with our students serving our main vision "WE TEACH FOR LIFE" as a guest speaker, judging in events, life coach and in school events.
